About the Role:
As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you'll manage a Book of Business consisting of Enterprise and larger spend Mid-Market Accounts. You will act as the primary reputed company of contact and reputed company for your clients. You'll be required to help clients reputed company, train, consult, and drive best practices. With a coordinated effort from our Account Executive team, you'll work to expand and grow your Book of Business. Your main indicator of success will be how well you drive adoption and growth/expansions reputed company your book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive retention and growth reputed company your Book of Business
- Primary Contact for onboarding, implementing, and training BoB
- Provide insights to customers to ensure proper Adoption & ROI (Consultative Approach)
- Comfortable training/presenting to large teams
- Ability to proactively understand client needs and respond accordingly
- Successfully manage and overcome client objections
- Help monitor and respond to client requests through Chat
- Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain account info in CRM
- Create necessary training materials specific to your client's needs
- Can work remotely (long-term) and self-manage
- Travel 10-20% domestic and internationally

- BA/BS Preferred
- 5+ years experience in Client Success or Account Management reputed company B2B SaaS
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills - through chat, email, phone, and in-person
- Comfortable articulating software and engaging with executives (VP and C-Level Execs)
- An understanding of the different sales roles/positions reputed company an organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing)
- Successful track record managing a Book of Business (Growth as well as Retention)
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a “can-do” attitude
