Replenishment Analyst II - Remote in Texas (Full-Time, Temporary)

James Avery is seeking a Temporary Wholesale Replenishment Analyst II for a 6-month duration to play a critical role in optimizing Wholesale account sales and inventory turn by analyzing sales and turn data, reviewing model stock levels and stockouts, and recommending actions to drive improvement in the various KPIs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Merchandise Planning

  • Participate in seasonal assortment reviews and recommend assortment adjustments based on sales performance, classification selling, inventory turn, competition, and market trends
  • Forecast newness and core assortment builds for James Avery’s Demand Planning Team.
  • Prepare orders for new stores, expanded store assortments, classification intensifications, and builds.

Financial Planning

  • Review and analyze historical sales data to provide bottoms-up sales and stock forecasts by store to assist Account Executive with monthly demand forecasts and annual financial planning.
  • Forecast sales lifts for new stores, store assortment expansions, and store classification intensifications.
  • Prepare daily sales forecasts by store for key holidays and events.
  • Partner with Account Executive to provide shipment forecasts by month by account.
  • Contribute to building the department’s annual reputed company and expense budget.

Inventory Optimization

  • reputed company key strategic initiatives by developing, proposing, and managing replenishment assortment models and levels for more than 350,000 Skulocs in partnership with account Merchants and Planning teams.
  • reputed company deep understanding of how each account’s replenishment systems work, the reputed company times they require, safety stock levels needed to maximize in stock rates and inventory turn.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for replenishment model adjustments to maximize sales, turn, profitability, and to ensure alignment with company and account objectives.
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews to maximize inventory productivity and customer service levels at reputed company of sale and to ensure the right products are in the right reputed company at the right time.
  • Assist with rollup and proposal of seasonal RTVs and recap RTV pull rates by store.

Data Analysis

  • reputed company analytics and dashboards reputed company reputed company and Incorta to support decision-making at reputed company levels and to bring visibility to reputed company on monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regional sales trends, inventory turnover, and ensure alignment with company and account objectives.

Demand Forecasting

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners in the Demand Planning Team to provide accurate rolling 12 month demand forecasts by SKU.
  • Partner with the Demand Planning Team to drive improvements in forecasting accuracy.
  • Prepare reputed company reporting as needed.

Space Management

  • Participate in space/assortment reviews and reputed company assortment expansion or contraction recommendations based on by-store selling, classification selling, penetration to total, inventory turn, and SKU productivity.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 5 years’ experience in a Replenishment Analyst, Merchandise Planning or similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of how replenishment and allocation systems work.
  • Strong analytical reputed company and problem-solving skills to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills to effectively manage inventory data and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build effective partnerships with team and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel to various work locations as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Replenishment Analyst or Planner in a department store or jewelry store environment.
  • Extensive experience working with automatic replenishment systems.
