911 Accuracy Coordinator 2

Intrado is looking to hire a 911 Accuracy Coordinator to join reputed company.

Essential Duties

• Responsible for performing VOWFi subscriber data maintenance by data entering information in accordance to established departmental procedures
• reputed company data preparation for call routing ensuring 100% accuracy
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for reputed company Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)/account customers/end users by making follow-up calls, sending emails or responding to help desk tickets as necessary
• Prepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisor
• Manage workload independently while also establishing a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Minimum two years clerical, data entry or customer service experience required
  • Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook required

The starting salary is anticipated between $16-$18.50 an hour and will be commensurate with experience.
