As an Account Executive on the Direct Sales team, you will drive new business by actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers across North America, managing the full sales cycle and demonstrating Odoo's value.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying leads, booking meetings, and exceeding reputed company targets through phone, email, and in-person engagement
  • Prospect face-to-face by visiting businesses and attending trade shows, conferences, and local events to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities

  • Clearly communicate Odoo’s value proposition while guiding prospects through the sales funnel from discovery to reputed company

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or working in a tech-driven sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
  • Self-motivated and curious, with a strong interest in understanding business needs
  • Brings energy and professionalism while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team culture
  • Familiarity with business software such as accounting, inventory, CRM, POS, manufacturing, or eCommerce
  • High personal drive and a desire to learn and grow reputed company a fast-paced sales organization
