  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and monitoring RAI/PPS activity

  • One-year MDS experience preferred

  • Previous experience as an RN is preferred - LPN will be considered
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of long-term care experience with working knowledge of the RAI/PPS process and PDPM, whether in a clinical, reimbursement, or managed care reputed company
