[Remote] Client Services Representative

Brown & Joseph is seeking a Collections Client Services Representative to work with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client services inquiries
- Be able to identify any problems and offer resolutions
- Read and interpret client documents
- Maintain and further reputed company existing client relationships
- Handle assigned group of client portfolios
- Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside reputed company customized client procedures
- Multitask between emails, client databases, reputed company and reputed company spreadsheets
Skills
- Ability to handle a large volume of accounts daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
