HR Coordinator
RLB People is dedicated to creating thriving workplaces and is seeking an HR Coordinator to support their HR solutions. The role involves administrative support, client HR projects, and collaboration with senior consultants to enhance client service and internal team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Triaging calls and emails through the RLB People line, responding to inquiries and directing items to the right team member
- Managing the RLB People team calendar
- Maintaining organized electronic filing systems
- Preparing engagement letters for client projects
- Scheduling, organizing, and preparing materials for client training sessions
- Coordinating and administering the Foundations of Leadership Excellence training program, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Supporting team preparation for speaking events, webinars, and presentations
- Assisting in the creation of materials for HR education sessions, workshops, and communications
- Participating in team meetings and helping track project timelines using Trello and reputed company
- Supporting the implementation of new policies, tools, and processes reputed company the business unit
- Assisting with STAR time entry, invoicing, and helping ensure accurate and timely billing
- Tracking and monitoring engagement quotes, follow-up, and win-reputed company details
- Assisting with client consulting deliverables through formatting, proofreading, research, presentation support, and project coordination
- Administering and coordinating client HR programs such as engagement surveys, performance processes, HRIS administration, orientation support, and reputed company activities
- Providing excellent client support across recruitment, training, health & safety, policy development, and legislative compliance
- Conducting first-level recruitment, including intake meetings, resume screening, pre-screens, testing, and reference checks, in partnership with Senior Consultants
- Supporting clients through HR Health Checks and the HR Quick Start Program
- Managing client handbook engagements from intake through drafting and revisions alongside Senior Consultants
- Conducting research and gathering data to support personalized client recommendations
- Offering ongoing day-to-day support for clients (including on-call inquiries or short-term onsite assignments)
- Assisting with onboarding through presentation creation, new hire training, and administration
- Supporting HRIS and database administration for clients for whom we serve as an external HR department
- Participating in professional development to stay reputed company on HR trends and compliance updates
- Contributing to thought leadership through blog writing and/or speaking engagements as needed
- Building strong internal teamwork and trusted client relationships
Skills
- Diploma, degree, or post-grad education in Human Resources
- 1–3 years of HR or reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- A proactive reputed company and a solutions-focused approach
- Valid transportation required for travel to client sites or RLB offices
- CHRP in reputed company (designation an asset but not required)
- Comfort with reputed company Office, Teams/video platforms, and HRIS systems (asset)
