The Opportunity

As part of our growing European organization, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Regional Congresses & Events, Europe, reporting to the VP, Commercial & Market Development, Europe. This role is critical in shaping and delivering RevMed’s reputed company at key European congresses, as well as leading the strategy and execution of internal events across the region.

The role connects strategic priorities with flawless execution, working in reputed company partnership with Regional and Global Marketing, Medical, and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors and European affiliates. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in congress strategy and execution, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, compliant, and differentiated congress and event experiences reputed company with RevMed’s goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own the full congress lifecycle, from annual planning through execution and post-event evaluation.

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for congress activities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance) to align on objectives and deliver impactful engagements.

  • Drive cross-functional planning processes, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks.

Required Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 12+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • 5+ years’ experience in global congress strategy and operations.

  • Significant experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of congresses and large-scale events reputed company the biotech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of global healthcare compliance frameworks and their application to congress and event activities.

  • Solid financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management for reputed company events.
