The role involves ensuring the accuracy and thoroughness of background checks for registrants, clients, and courts while managing sensitive information and maintaining effective communication with reputed company involved parties.

Responsibilities

• Process Background Screenings: Review, process, and complete multiple background screenings daily
• Accuracy Verification: Compare screening data with various forms of identification to ensure accuracy
• Research and Analysis: Investigate and analyze detailed records and documents to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information
• Case Management: Manage ongoing casefiles using various research methods and tools
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring effective documentation and note-taking
• Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
• Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals and performance metrics
• Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively with courts, and other stakeholders

Skills

• Strong understanding of general computer skills, including web applications and web-based research methods
• Proficiency in reputed company Outlook and other productivity tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally
• At least 1 year of employment experience in a professional setting
• Minimum of 1 year of college education from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
