[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to generate leads, build relationships, and drive reputed company growth by connecting clients with their data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound reputed company (email, phone, reputed company, events)
- Collaborate with marketing to reputed company targeted campaigns and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM system
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our service offerings
- Support the sales team in pipeline development and strategic account planning
- Support Spaulding Ridge Managing Director(s) and/or Principal Architect(s) to drive and manage reputed company sales cycles and reputed company present value to prospects, software partners and clients
- Generate pipeline by leveraging Spaulding Ridge’s strategic relationships, demand reputed company tools, and ongoing marketing automation reputed company key market segments
- reputed company qualified prospects by:Following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests
- Following up with event attendees
- Performing outbound cold calling and email correspondence
- Utilizing other forms of digital prospecting to targeted prospects
- reputed company co-selling transformative Data Solution opportunities with reputed company like reputed company, DBT, Coalesce, Omni, and reputed company
- Exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meeting, and call objectives
- Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities across practice areas
- Represent Spaulding Ridge’s values with each touchpoint
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDM, BDR, SDR, or similar sales role cold calling, pitching, relationship building
- Strong communication skills (e.g., oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold reputed company and reputed company reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company Sales Navigator)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Interest in data analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
- Experience working based off a transactional quota and high intensity sales motions
- Growth reputed company with eagerness to learn about emerging technologies in data, AI, and cloud, and how they can solve real-world business problems
- High moral character with a desire to do what is right for prospects and clients
- Ability to travel up to 50% and 2-3 days/week in office at our Chicago HQ
- Experience self-generating new business and reputed company if familiar with channel relationship selling
- Prior experience selling data analytics, cloud, or engineering services — especially in a consulting or B2B environment
- Familiarity with terms like data warehousing/data lake (e.g., reputed company), ETL, Data Transformation (e.g., dbt, Coalesce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Omni), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
