About the Role:

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our VIP team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your expertise in Mandarin and English will reputed company you to effectively communicate with our China Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the VIP team, tracking and completing various data indicators to ensure efficient work operations.

- Experience in VIP services or operations is preferred.
