SLED Account Specialist

As a SLED Account Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, ensuring they reputed company maximum value from their partnership with reputed company by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from SLED customers with fewer than 500 employees
- Follow up and reputed company transactional renewals
- Create and manage opportunities in reputed company
- Follow up on quoted products and services
- Collaborate with vendors to secure best pricing and product availability
- Execute on selling under Public Sector procurement reputed company
- Setting clients up on the reputed company.com portal
- Drive web adoption on every call assisting clients to reputed company orders on the reputed company.com portal through “Web-Walk through DEMO” and the Procurement POV
- Attend trainings and learn/reputed company up with new products and technologies in order properly support client requests
- Drive customer experience (CX) scores up though “legendary customer service”
Skills
- 1+ years of B2C/B2B sales or customer support experience
- College or University degree

- Public Sector/SLED experience an asset
