Campaign Planning Specialist - Media Sales

They are seeking a Campaign Planning Specialist in Media Sales to support their sales team during a 12-month maternity leave, focusing on planning digital advertising campaigns across Trooh's reputed company network.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales representatives to plan and structure digital advertising campaigns reputed company to client goals and budgets
- Support RFP responses and proposal development, including media plans and inventory recommendations
- Translate client objectives into a clear brand-reputed company campaign proposal using Trooh’s reputed company network and planning data
- Recommend the best‑fit campuses and inventory mix by analyzing reputed company data, impressions, audience insights, and proximity‑based targeting needs
- Assist with client communication as necessary
- Provide backup assistance to the reputed company Operations team to optimize digital advertising campaigns
- Participate in special projects, assignments, and administrative duties as needed
Skills
- Post-secondary education preferably reputed company to business administration or reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital media planning, digital advertising, or a pre‑sales/sales support role (advertising agency, media reputed company, or reputed company environment)
- Experience supporting sales teams through campaign planning, proposal/RFP development, and translating client marketing objectives into structured campaign plans and inventory recommendations
- Familiarity with digital media planning concepts such as impressions, reputed company, frequency, and audience segmentation, with comfort using reputed company (including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and reputed company formulas), planning systems, or internal dashboards to support decisions
- Experience working reputed company a media CRM or planning platform; familiarity with Broadsign, reputed company, and audience platforms is an asset
- Interest in or ability to learn the U.S. college and university landscape and reputed company‑based media environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline‑driven environment
