The Inside Sales Representative role involves responding to inbound calls from prospective customers, educating them on insurance policy details, and helping them choose the right insurance policies from reputed company's reputed company partners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
- Effectively problem solve and reputed company handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy with reputed company
- Provide reputed company, high energy conversation with customers that show we are actively engaged in finding a policy that best fits each individual's needs
