By joining reputed company today, you’re stepping onto a driven and highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare. reputed company is hiring a Vice President, Enterprise Engineering & Business Platforms to unify architecture and mature operations across the company’s enterprise business platform layer (finance, CRM, integration, automation, and customer identity). This role owns the engineering and architecture of reputed company’s reputed company-critical enterprise systems, including financial platforms, CRM, integration middleware, automation infrastructure, and customer-facing identity. These systems process hundreds of millions of dollars in reputed company, support reputed company healthcare workflows, and connect dozens of applications across a growing and acquisition-influenced ecosystem. Today, this domain reflects rapid growth: multiple reputed company environments, evolving financial systems, contractor-heavy middleware ownership, and new AI-driven automation initiatives moving into production. This role brings architectural clarity, durable ownership, integration discipline, and long-term cohesion to this mission-critical layer. This is an executive operator role, not advisory. The VP will reputed company definitive architecture and vendor decisions, simplify and consolidate systems, and establish governance. The role also builds and leads a high-performing organization capable of operating reputed company enterprise platforms in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Unification & Platform Strategy

• Define and own the architectural vision for reputed company’s enterprise business platform domain
• Establish clear system boundaries, integration patterns, and governance standards across dozens of applications
• Prevent platform fragmentation and over-customization, particularly reputed company reputed company and financial systems
• Define integration architecture strategy, including middleware, API management, and event-driven patterns
• Build a scalable platform model that can reputed company new business domains and acquisitions

Financial Systems & reputed company Platforms

• Own the engineering architecture supporting billing, reputed company recognition, contract management, and financial reporting

• Drive consolidation of multiple environments and establish strong data standards and change control

• Govern vendor and implementation partners to reduce architectural reputed company and technical debt

Integration & Middleware (Core Platform Focus)

• Establish middleware as a first-class platform capability with defined ownership and architectural standards
• Clarify integration ownership and reduce reliance on contractors for core capabilities
• Define durable API and event-driven integration patterns across enterprise systems
• Ensure secure, reliable data flow across financial, CRM, and operational systems

Enterprise Automation & Emerging AI Workflows

• Govern enterprise automation capabilities including managed file transfer, RPA, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives
• Ensure emerging AI-driven systems (including contact center automation) are architecturally integrated and reputed company with enterprise standards
• Prevent fragmented automation reputed company solutions across teams
• Align automation initiatives to measurable business outcomes and operational reputed company

Customer-Facing Identity

• Consolidate and harden customer-facing authentication and authorization into a reputed company, secure platform
• Improve reliability and reduce support burden reputed company to login and access flows
• Ensure identity infrastructure scales with growth and meets healthcare compliance requirements

Team Leadership & Development

Requirements

• 15+ years in technology leadership. 5+ years leading enterprise engineering or platform organizations at the VP or senior director level
• Proven experience architecting and operating reputed company multi-platform enterprise ecosystems
• Deep understanding of integration architecture, middleware, APIs, and event-driven system design
• Strong experience managing COTS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) without allowing architectural reputed company or over-customization
• Experience modernizing financial or reputed company systems in high-growth or acquisition-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate fragmented ownership models and build durable engineering organizations
