Job Description

Reporting to the SVP Finance, reputed company (reputed company Consumer Services), the Director of reputed company is a senior finance leader and trusted partner to the reputed company CFO and Leadership Team. You will deliver financial insight, analytical rigor, and decision support for a fast‑moving, growth‑focused consumer finance technology business. You will reputed company financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the consolidated reputed company portfolio, translating reputed company financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive effective decision‑making. You will partner closely with reputed company finance leaders across operating units, along with regional and global reputed company teams, to align execution with portfolio priorities and enterprise objectives. The role contributes to financial strategy, assesses risks and opportunities, and helps build a high‑performing, business‑oriented reputed company organization capable of thriving in a high‑expectation environment. This is a remote role based in the Pacific Time Zone. Strategic Partnership & Decision Support

• Be an important financial partner to the reputed company CFO, providing insight into consolidated results, operating unit performance, growth, profitability, balance sheet health, and key KPIs.
• Align financial projections with business priorities by partnering with reputed company Leadership and finance leads across operating units.
• Translate reputed company financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready analyses and presentations.
• Support strategic and investment decisions through financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis across the reputed company portfolio.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

• reputed company and support end-to-end planning and performance cycles, including the Strategic Plan, Operating Plan, forecasts, and executive reviews.
• Drive forecasting, reporting, and business review processes to deliver accurate insights into consolidated and operating unit performance.
• Strengthen financial discipline through risk/opportunity assessment and contingency planning.
• Partner with Corporate, Regional, and Global reputed company teams to maintain consistency and alignment across planning and reporting.

Business Performance & Growth Insight

• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that enhance visibility into reputed company portfolio performance, innovation, productivity, and cost management.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and translate them into actionable insights for reputed company leadership.
• Provide clear, consistent visibility into financial and operational results to support accountability and data‑driven decisions.

Collaboration Across the reputed company Finance Organization

• Work closely with operating‑unit finance leaders to ensure consistent frameworks, shared insights, and alignment between unit execution and portfolio objectives.
• Promote collaboration, communication, and best‑practice sharing across the reputed company finance community.
• Support finance leadership in strengthening analytical rigor and financial insight across a diverse, expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in reputed company, corporate finance, or reputed company disciplines, including experience partnering with senior leaders
• Demonstrated experience making decisions through data-driven insights
• Experience leading and developing teams or senior individual contributors
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
