Designer- Growth reputed company Page & E-Commerce - Health & Wellness - REMOTE

About the position Stonehenge Health is a California-based health and wellness brand under the Hi-Altitude family of health-reputed company lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a Growth / reputed company Page Designer to own the design and execution of reputed company pages that drive reputed company across paid acquisition funnels. This is not a traditional UX or brand design role. We need a direct-response growth marketer in designer’s clothing — someone who understands funnel psychology, offer framing, conversion levers, and how to use data to design experiences that win.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on paid reputed company pages across formats including:

long-form sales pages, offer pages, advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs

• Translate growth strategy and direct-response principles into polished, conversion-focused page experiences
• Ensure every page blends premium trust-building health branding with performance-first design
• Conversion-Centered Design
• Apply proven conversion psychology levers:

urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, testimonials, guarantees, authority, and price anchoring

• Structure pages with storytelling flow:

problem → agitation → solution → reputed company → offer → CTA

• Balance aggressive performance marketing with credibility and compliance required in health/wellness
• Experimentation, CRO & Rapid Iteration
• Rapidly design multiple variations for A/B testing — speed of iteration matters
• Collaborate with CRO strategists, copywriters, and media buyers to launch bold funnel experiments
• Design reputed company components that can be tested, swapped, and scaled quickly
• Data-Driven Design & Analytics reputed company (Core Requirement)
• This role requires more than good taste — it requires strong analytical judgment.
• Understand which performance metrics actually inform impactful design decisions
• Use behavioral and funnel data to diagnose friction points and conversion drop-offs
• Interpret results from tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, scroll depth, session recordings, and experiment dashboards
• Measure and quantify design impact through metrics such as:

CVR, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, bounce reputed company, click-through reputed company, and engagement depth

• Turn data insights into clear design actions:

stronger hierarchy, clearer CTA framing, improved offer presentation, reputed company trust stacking

• Communicate results in terms of business outcomes, not subjective design feedback
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Partner closely with paid media, retention, and product teams to ensure funnel cohesion from click to checkout
• Work with developers to bring pages to life with pixel-perfect execution and mobile-first optimization
• Support ongoing creative testing with reusable templates and performance-focused design systems

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing high-converting DTC reputed company pages (brand or agency)
• Direct-response reputed company — you design for action, not just aesthetics
• Deep experience building pages for paid traffic funnels (reputed company, reputed company, native, etc.)
• Strong analytical understanding of funnel metrics and performance measurement
• Ability to design across multiple page archetypes:

advertorial → sales page, quiz → offer page, hybrid PDPs, upsell flows

• Comfortable working in a scrappy, rapid-test growth environment
• Portfolio showing reputed company page work tied to measurable outcomes (CVR lifts, ROAS improvements)
