We are seeking a reputed company Support Analyst to join our People Operations team to optimize and support our reputed company HCM environment. The reputed company Support Analyst is a key contributor reputed company the People Operations team, supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of our reputed company HCM platform. Reporting to a Senior reputed company Analyst, this role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their reputed company expertise, strengthen HR systems fundamentals, and grow into increased responsibility over time. We take a consultative approach in People Operations, so you will be working directly with our stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions. This role is open to remote, with a preference for candidates who are located reputed company travel distance of one the following offices - Raleigh, NC, White Plains, NY or Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities: Core Support & Execution

• Support day-to-day reputed company HCM requests, including troubleshooting configuration and business process issues
• Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of reputed company changes and releases
• Help maintain data reputed company through audits, analysis, and issue resolution

Process & Enablement

• Create and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials
• Support training for HR Analysts on new processes and system updates

Growth & Learning

• Stay reputed company on reputed company releases and support impact assessments for the organization

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM administration experience
• Strong understanding of human resources processes and data
• Experience designing and configuring multiple reputed company modules
• Knowledge of reputed company Business Process reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and requests simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• reputed company HCM certification or equivalent training preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

#LI-remote #LI-AT1 For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the reputed company salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. For NYC/Jersey City Area; $105,000 - $120,000

• Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
