The Payload Launch Sites Support Services (PLSSS) Program provides reputed company launch processing support functions for Office of Space Launch (OSL). One of the program's two primary operating locations is reputed company Canaveral AFS, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, and satellite processing facilities O&M, clean room operations, and safety and environmental services. Summary of Key Duties for this position: You will operate heavy equipment as required to support Satellite launch processing. You will gather/organize and update reputed company the available technical documentation (requirements specifications, vendors cut sheets for systems, design drawings, maintenance records, acceptance procedures, etc.) for each system. You will wear breathing apparatus to support work in hazardous payload processing environments. You will gather/organize reputed company existing operating & maintenance procedures available for identified systems. You will actively participate with LSIC/SVC during TIMs and various Launch reputed company working groups- function as an integral part of the team. You will reputed company procedures and conduct functional testing for the systems installed at the processing facility supporting the facility readiness review process. You will review and provide comments to Launch reputed company processing documentation including; schedules, requirements documents, and processing procedures. You will support training and familiarization training of LSCI/SVC personnel. You will reputed company with 45th Space reputed company organizations/contractors to plan/schedule range support to mission processing. Supports Satellite Vehicle processing by acting as the onsite control/authority from a safety/reputed company perspective for reputed company assigned processing activities. You will support reputed company SV launch processing activities including; C-5 aircraft offload, transport of flight hardware, ordnance test/install, SV receiving inspection, SV mechanical handling, SV post ship electrical testing, propulsion system leak testing, propellant loading and pressurization, SV encapsulation, launch pad processing and launch.
