• Collect, transport, and deliver required parts, materials, and equipment to designated work areas, as well as demolition and cleanup on construction projects
• Operate motorized and power equipment, fuel and service engineering vehicles, maintain inventory of keys and tools in the Engineering Tool Room
• Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and reputed company the maintenance warehouse clean and organized
• Maintain constant awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention, including proper use of personal reputed company equipment (PPE)

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be willing/able to obtain Open Water Diver Certification reputed company 90 days of employment
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment
• Knowledgeable of the type of equipment and materials used by facilities/maintenance technicians preferred
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and reputed company holidays
