Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is an industry-leading home, reputed company and digital products company. They are seeking a Product Development Systems Engineer to support and evolve engineering tools and processes for new product development across their global portfolio.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance PLM and CAD systems (3DExperience, SolidWorks) for a global engineering user reputed company
Partner with engineering teams to improve product development workflows, data quality, and change management processes
Configure and maintain PLM workflows, permissions, and engineering change processes
Troubleshoot CAD and PLM issues, ensuring stable and efficient tool usage
Assist with PLM data activities such as migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and engineering stakeholders on system improvements and integrations
Create documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive user adoption

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
Experience using CAD software, with a strong preference for SolidWorks
Experience working in an engineering, product development, or manufacturing environment
Ability to understand engineering workflows, BOMs, and change processes
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity around systems, data, and process improvement
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with PLM systems (3DExperience strongly preferred)
Exposure to engineering change control processes
Familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
Experience with DriveWorks design automation
Exposure to data migration, system integrations, APIs, or SQL
Experience with automation, scripting, or low-code platforms
SolidWorks certifications (CSWA / CSWP / CSWE)
