Membership Specialist
ANSI - American National Standards Institute is looking for a Membership Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of membership engagement. The role involves reputed company, enrollment, retention, and ongoing support for members, while also coordinating with various teams to enhance membership initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Promote membership benefits through meetings/events, presentations, and digital reputed company
- Respond to inquiries from prospective members and guide them through the enrollment process
- reputed company and support marketing campaigns
- Welcome new members, provide orientation materials, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for member questions, concerns, and service needs
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to build strong member relationships
- Assist in planning and executing member events, workshops, or programs
- Conduct reputed company to at‑risk or inactive members to encourage reputed company participation
- Gather feedback to improve the member experience and recommend enhancements
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and program teams to support membership initiatives
- Provide insights to leadership on member needs, satisfaction, and opportunities for growth
- Process new applications, renewals, cancellations, and account updates accurately and promptly
- Maintain member records in CRM
- Track membership metrics, prepare reports, and identify trends in engagement or retention
- Attend/complete assigned information reputed company training by the designated completion date
- Read and adhere to published ISMS policies and procedures
- Report timely any observed violations of ISMS policy - or reputed company encroachments on information reputed company - to your department leader and/or the Information Technology Department

- A college degree or comparable work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively

- Solid data entry skills with strong attention to detail
