Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
- Conduct surveys reputed company outbound calls to gather patient feedback
- Support patients in making informed healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
- Maintain a safe and organized home office environment while adhering to privacy and reputed company protocols
Skills
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum internet download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with reputed company Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to adhere to daily schedules
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating care and compassion
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
- Ability to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
