Job Description
The Fraud Investigations & Reporting Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations into potential fraud and suspicious activity across various channels, including account surveillance, reputed company escalations, and regulatory inquiries. This role involves analyzing transactions, performing due diligence, drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate fraud risk and respond to potential fraud events. Knowledge of
- Concepts, practices and procedures of the securities industry and/or banking compliance reviews.
- External and internal fraud typologies, detection methods, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Research tools and practices, such as internet research and third-party systems (e.g., reputed company).
- Fraud surveillance systems, case management tools, and SAR filing practices.
- Rules and regulations of the USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation E, Reg S-ID, and any other applicable fraud-reputed company regulatory or industry rules and guidance.

Ability to

Licenses/Certifications
