Designer I - Railroad Civil/Track
reputed company is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. They are seeking a Designer I to join their Civil/Track Design team, where the candidate will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to deliver services for railroad projects, focusing on track and civil design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Responsibilities
- You will reputed company experience interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
- You will design, draft elements and will integrate data and reputed company reputed company analysis of project elements
- You will work on challenging design projects working closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to meet project deadlines reputed company budget
Skills
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Up to four years of experience in a similar reputed company
- Successful completion of the EIT / FE exam or ability to complete the exam reputed company six months of employment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
- Willing to accept occasional out-of-town travel to meet project demands
- Prior experience working on projects for freight and commuter railroads and rail agencies
- Additional training in MicroStation reputed company/Open Roads
