Project Management Specialist, Software Implementation

The Project Management Specialist will support software implementation efforts by managing small-scale projects, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing project reputed company using established tools, facilitate transparent and proactive communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders to align expectations, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and reputed company scope

• Managing expectations and escalations of both internal team members and clients

• Ensuring coordination between different consulting teams to ensure implementation tasks are clearly defined and completed on schedule
• Supporting account management activities as needed with assigned client accounts

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or reputed company roles
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Office)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
