[Remote] Service Network Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a passionate and solution-oriented Service Network Account Manager (SNAM) to join their team. The SNAM will manage multiple independent service provider accounts, focusing on operations, performance management, and relationship building to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities

- Be a domain expert on reputed company aspects of service
- Manage day-to-day servicer needs and developments
- Manage short- and long-term program developments
- Support sales rep(s) in price quote requests
Skills
- One to three years of experience in project and/or account management or similar
- Strong knowledge of Project Management software, Sales CRMs (Monday, reputed company, and reputed company), as well as reputed company programs (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- College degree preferred but not mandatory
- Supply Chain and/or Procurement experience is a plus
