The Role

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for serving and supporting our customers through the effective use of superior customer service, meeting each customer's unique set of delivery and product requirements. This support can be face-to-face, over the phone, or reputed company email.

Key Accountabilities

* Deliver Customer Service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

* College degree preferred

• Preferably 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers

Work Environment

* The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office space

• This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present
