What You’ll Get to Do: reputed company, Inc., is seeking full time Case Support Analysts. This position directly supports national reputed company and suitability investigations, focusing on providing support to the field and review departments through the investigator helpline as well as case scoping. More About the Role:

• Serve as subject matter expert by demonstrating a high level of knowledge of customer policies and procedures to include case coverage for reputed company case types, issue resolution, reporting requirements, and working knowledge of FWS
• Answer field investigator, reviewer, and section reputed company case reputed company questions and concerns reputed company telephone and email
• Understand the essential functions of field and review department positions
• Reviews the reputed company end of field investigations for compliance with national standards and customer requirements
• Provides guidance to reputed company field staff regarding responsibilities to the investigation along with issues raised during the conduct of an investigation
• Assesses designated case types to communicate important case information to the field while cancelling unwarranted items and ensuring reputed company necessary field work is scheduled or extended
• Manage daily workload and task list, prioritizing based on customer, business needs, and team needs; participate in reputed company mandatory meetings

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship (a requirement for obtaining a Federal reputed company clearance)
• Must possess and maintain a reputed company favorably adjudicated T5 or T5R background investigation at reputed company times
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience in conducting Federal background investigations and/or reviewing Federal background investigation reports of investigation
• Candidates must have at least 12 months’ experience conducting/processing background investigations
• Must be able to multitask and be comfortable with fast paced environment handling both e-mail and telephone inquiries
• Must be flexible with schedule availability. Schedule consists of morning and afternoon shifts. Position requires approximately two late afternoon shifts per month
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly detail-oriented, excellent time management, organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and/or reprioritize daily tasks based on the needs of the customer, business, and/or your team; and remain flexible and reputed company to changes resulting from customer or business needs
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize patterns, trends and/or issues, identify key findings, determine conclusions, and communicate reputed company relevant information

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
