- Much more Job Details Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar to be considered for this role Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- 2-3 years in real estate or transactional real estate or corporate transactional (real estate experience is a plus)
- Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
- Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
- Representing clients in Commercial acquisitions, financings, Leasing, and commercial real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California State Bar
- Strong drafting skills
- Highly team-oriented
- Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
