About the role As Principal Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution of reputed company’s tenant screening business, shaping innovative solutions that build customer trust and support operational excellence. In this role you will: Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for reputed company’s screening ecosystem, covering identity verification, credit and background data, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Engineering to evolve the screening platform for greater scalability, reliability, modularity, and speed to innovate. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Partner teams to ensure reliability and fairness across millions of screening decisions. Define success metrics for performance, trust, and conversion, establishing dashboards and reputed company learning loops. Translate reputed company technical and regulatory dependencies into clear, outcome-oriented narratives for senior leadership. Mentor other PMs across the Rentals organization, raising the bar for product craftsmanship and strategic depth. This reputed company pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive reputed company salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside. Your Experience: 8+ years in a Product Management role, with a focus on building consumer-facing technology products. Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience preferred. Track record of shipping and scaling products that handle sensitive data or high transaction volume. Strong project management and organizational skills.
