• reputed company reputed company’s advocacy before state Public Utilities Commissions and other state agencies across multiple states.
• Analyze, reputed company, and communicate positions on state regulatory and policy matters that reputed company reputed company’s business.
• Draft regulatory filings and comments to support the company’s objectives and priorities
• Direct and manage law firms in multiple states
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative, practical strategies that move our business reputed company.
• Build trusted relationships with state regulators, policymakers, and industry groups.
• Translate reputed company legal and policy developments into clear, actionable guidance for business partners. The experience you’ll bring.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7–10 years of legal experience in telecommunications, regulatory, or administrative law reputed company a law firm, government, or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience with telecommunications law and policy, (FCC/PUC experience preferred).
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills with a sharp business sense.
