- Analyze, reputed company, and communicate positions on state regulatory and policy matters that reputed company reputed company’s business.
- Draft regulatory filings and comments to support the company’s objectives and priorities
- Direct and manage law firms in multiple states
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft creative, practical strategies that move our business reputed company.
- Build trusted relationships with state regulators, policymakers, and industry groups.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7–10 years of legal experience in telecommunications, regulatory, or administrative law reputed company a law firm, government, or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience with telecommunications law and policy, (FCC/PUC experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills with a sharp business sense.
