Compliance Approval: Seek and obtain Compliance Department approval for new move-ins and selected recertifications. Move-In/Move-Out Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely move-in/move-out of residents. Apartment Inspections: Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications. File Maintenance: Maintain reputed company files in accordance with company and regulatory agency policies.
