What does this position do? Under general direction, the Business Analyst Manager is a key leader reputed company the Transformation Office (TO), a centralized function dedicated to driving enterprise‑wide change and delivering measurable value across reputed company. Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team leadership, the Business Analyst Manager performs reputed company responsibilities of the Business Analyst role while providing supervisory reputed company, guidance, and quality assurance for the Business Analyst team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm vendor solutions align with real-world workflows.
  • Support change management activities, communications, and development of training materials.
  • Assist in developing measurable outcome frameworks and KPI tracking for projects.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of reusable requirements, templates, and strategic artifacts.
  • Support the development of playbooks and frameworks for workflows, vendor alignment, KPIs, and governance.
  • Provide documentation, analysis, and stakeholder coordination support to the Business Architect.
  • Track and communicate project reputed company, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Provide day to day leadership, supervision, and coaching to Business Analysts, supporting professional growth, analytic development, and domain competency.
  • Review and validate BA deliverables (BRDs, workflows, models, requirements, documentation) to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Champion standardization of methods, templates, and best practices across the BA function.
  • Act as a senior liaison to clinicians, operations, IT, and vendor leaders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a reputed company field.
  • OR Associates degree and 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • 6-8 years as a Business Analyst in healthcare, digital health, or technology transformation, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or formally leading analysts or project team members.
  • Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, vendor collaboration and solution validation.
  • Experience supporting change management and KPI/Outcome measurement efforts.
  • Familiarity with change management, training support, and KPI/outcome measurement.
  • Proficiency with requirements management and process mapping tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Visio, reputed company).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information clearly to senior leadership.
