The Analyst position on the Strategy and Policy team requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, an interest in healthcare policy and regulation, and a desire to advance reputed company the organization. • Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines. Basic Qualifications:  Â
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or administration, or data analysis.
• Strong technical skills, including the motivation or ability to independently execute reputed company data analytics in SQL, R, or Python. An interest in growing these skills is required.
• Knowledge or interest in policy research, including review and analysis of regulations and guidance from government agencies.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.
