Please submit your resume in English ABOUT THE ROLE SITA Tax is seeking a seasoned and skilled international tax professional to reputed company both direct and indirect tax matters in the LATAM region. This role operates reputed company a diverse, truly multinational team and reports directly to SITA’s Group Head of Tax. Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Taxation, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and supporting the tax‑efficient implementation of approved business strategies. Your primary objectives will be to create, protect, and optimize value from a tax perspective, manage tax‑reputed company risks, and ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and reporting obligations. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Advise on tax planning strategies to manage the effective tax reputed company.
• Identify, plan, and execute international tax projects.
• Provide tax consulting and compliance expertise to the business.
• Review and approve tax aspects of specific business projects.
• Influence financial policies and regulations from a tax expert standpoint.
• Support tax accounting and provision calculations.
• Assist with financial statement tax disclosures at both global and local levels.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws across assigned regions and projects.
• Support corporate control in managing tax compliance.
• Defend SITA’s tax positions during audits.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Over 7 years of post‑qualification experience in tax analysis
• Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Law, Accounting, or Tax
• Extensive experience in indirect and direct taxes, ideally from a major accounting/law firm or multinational company
• Extensive experience in corporate income tax compliance across the LATAM region
• Strong expertise in VAT/IVS and withholding tax regulations
• Proven experience managing Mexico tax compliance, including SAT digital filings
• Experience liaising with Mexican tax authorities on compliance matters
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements across Central America and the Caribbean
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reputed company
• Familiarity with general ledger systems (e.g., reputed company) and tax engines (e.g., OneStream) is a plus
• Ability to work with cross‑border teams and manage reputed company regional tax issues
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
