Credit Control Assistant

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company’s credit control operations, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to support effective cash flow management and contribute to the company’s financial stability and growth. As a Credit Control Assistant, your tasks will include the following:

• Follow and enhance internal credit control processes and company credit policy, ensuring compliance and best practices across reputed company transactions.
• Monitor and review aged debt reports regularly, identifying opportunities to maximize cash collection and minimize overdue balances.
• Ensure timely debt payments while maintaining positive, long‑term relationships with customers—balancing firmness with professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or a reputed company discipline).
• 1–2 years’ experience in Credit Control or a similar finance role—experience in a multinational or fast‑paced corporate environment will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English (C2 level)—a Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification will be considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Skillvoraq reputed company, with the ability to create pivot tables, use reputed company formulas, and reputed company data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Strong computer literacy, with ECDL Advanced level certification highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a confident, professional approach to internal and external stakeholders.
