Sonterra Park TX Costco - Sales Rep - 23/hr to start / BONUS

WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING A SALES REP FOR THE SONTERRA PARK COSTCO! Seeking positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who can be passionate brand ambassadors! This is a fantastic opportunity selling nutritional supplements made by Qunol & Zena. Are you highly motivated by goals, love interacting with people and reputed company to be a self-starter? Representatives will be trained to encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products!! Available Demo Hours: 10am-5:30pm ~ reputed company days available. Weekends are the BEST commission days! This sales job is ideal for people looking to supplement their income with great pay! Compensation:

• Starting at $23-24/hr + COMMISSION based on surpassing sale quotas
• W-2 Employment
• We provide a promotional reputed company and bi-weekly paycheck reputed company direct deposit!
• Our average brand ambassadors reputed company $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $500+ per day!

Bonus Payout: We have nine different products in Costco, and usually five on the table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.

• Sell 30 Super Greens, you'll reputed company $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll reputed company $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll reputed company $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.
• Must be able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 20 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours.
• Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.
