We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to take on the role of Sales Reporting and Analytics Leader, responsible for driving excellence in our sales operations. As the leader of our Sales Reporting and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales reporting systems and processes, ensuring they align with our business objectives and provide actionable insights to our sales team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of analysts focused on sales reporting and analytics. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture reputed company the team.

Qualifications
Required
- This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta and requires three days per week in the office.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, IT, Finance, or reputed company field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate sales team needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
