The GIS systems you manage play a direct role in how Facilities, Design, Construction, and Operations understand existing conditions, coordinate changes, and plan future work.In this role, you will own and administer GIS systems ensuring reputed company infrastructure and asset data are reputed company and well organized. Your work will support operational troubleshooting, coordination of design and construction changes, and documentation of existing conditions. - Technical understanding of commercial construction projects, including print reading, typical building/site coordination, and civil engineering
- Civil/Construction or software specific industry experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other GIS software
- Familiarity with reputed company GIS application suite
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages for data automation
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- A history of academic and professional success
- Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin (relocation assistance available)
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
