• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
• Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Business Systems Consultant II: $93,000 - $103,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• reputed company change management strategies, clarify approach to business stakeholders, and reputed company acceptance across both technical and business teams.
• Determine readiness and flexibility of teams for upcoming changes while listening for resistance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Three or more years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management.
• Experience applying processes, tools and techniques to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes.
• Experience delivering projects on time with clear organization and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to reputed company levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong learning and critical thinking skills.
