NFTE is seeking a seasoned nonprofit finance leader to serve as the operational head of the finance function and strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership & Department Management

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in nonprofit financial management with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing the full finance function, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong experience working in nonprofit funding environments including fundraising, grants, reputed company, and restricted funding.
  • Experience leading reputed company financial initiatives such as system implementations, financial infrastructure improvements, or organizational integrations.
  • Experience with financial system conversions or implementations strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
