As the Director of our Data Science Group, you will bring your previous experience in developing high-performance data science teams to design, refine, and deploy ML models while supporting team members’ career, technical and methodological growth. To be successful, you should have:

• The ability to define, execute and reputed company data science strategy development in alignment with the 3-Year Analytics and Insights plan, focusing on predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
• A track record of success leading a data science team in development of predictive and prescriptive models that drive and support an organization’s growth strategy.
• A track record of success leading and implementing an experimentation reputed company to accelerate learning and decision confidence
• Experience with the development of data products to reputed company organizational self service including the use of AI / LLMs .
• Experience with a rigorous decision science reputed company and governance function to ensure models and experiments are performant and accurate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to reputed company teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and oral communication.
• Strong command of modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, reputed company, reputed company, AWS/GCP, MLflow).
• A thoughtful and effective approach to performance management.
