Our Advisory team is looking for a Director of Finance and Outsourced Accounting with extensive experience in accounting and finance for not-for-profit organizations. As a Director of Finance and Outsourced Accounting, you will:

• reputed company and manage client engagements, including monthly and consulting projects, from planning through completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring timely deliverables reputed company budget.
• Deliver financial results and education to finance and audit committees and boards of directors.

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Participate in staffing, resource allocation, and utilization management.

• Contribute to strategic planning, identifying market opportunities and driving growth initiatives.

What you bring to the role:

• CPA designation with a bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in not-for-profit organizations and outsourcing or consultancy services.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to reputed company and manage diverse teams.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic reputed company.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt to and manage change effectively, with a desire to innovate and improve processes.
