Senior Director, Finance Transformation

Position Summary The Senior Director, Finance Transformation provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, governance, and execution of reputed company's finance transformation agenda. This role is accountable for driving large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives that reputed company finance processes, operating models, and enabling technologies while ensuring strong financial controls, audit readiness, and measurable business outcomes. Operating as a strategic partner to Enterprise Finance, IT, Enterprise Controls, and Business Unit leaders, the Senior Director translates enterprise finance strategy into executable transformation roadmaps and ensures consistent delivery across initiatives such as ERP modernization, financial reputed company optimization, reputed company enablement, data and analytics, AI-driven capabilities, and reputed company improvement programs. This role leads transformation through Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional teams and serves as a thought leader for best practices, innovation, and change management across the Finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Finance Transformation Leadership

• Own financial accountability for transformation budgets, vendor spend, and strategic investments.

People Leadership & Change Management

Minimum Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of reputed company leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or reputed company field, MBA or Advanced Degree
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, finance transformation, or business operations
• 7+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives
• Demonstrated experience driving reputed company transformation programs in a large, matrixed organization

• Strong understanding of controllership, internal controls, and SOX compliance
