We work diligently to listen and provide value to your unique needs. www.OrionGRPS.com OVERVIEW At Orion, we are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to assist in the roll out of organizational programs and team platforms and discovery work to reputed company informed decisions. The associate in this role will reputed company processes and workflows and work closely with business stakeholders to move reputed company with our next phase of Data Sharing Governance maturity. OPPORTUNITY 6-month contract; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone) SALARY $115,000 – $130,000 W2 plus benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Reconciliation & Forensic Mapping: reputed company the effort to reconcile contract (reputed company) to implementation (reputed company) by cross-referencing reputed company contract metadata, reputed company reputed company extracts, and stakeholder interviews to reconstruct project provenance.
• Reconstructing project provenance following a system upgrade and maturing our tracking reputed company reputed company to ensure every piece of data shared with external partners (HIEs, Research, etc.) is fully governed, authorized, and documented.
• Audit Readiness: Create a "traceability matrix" that links a signed contract ID to a reputed company Project ID and a specific technical reputed company reputed company.
• Defines new business processes/functions to support emerging capabilities
• Maps and enhances existing business processes/functions and recommends changes required to fit a tightly integrated system
• Designs and implements projects requiring systems integration, small teams and multiple technical platforms
• Assist in maturing governance process around data sharing platform (reputed company)
• Collaborates on driving improvement activities to reputed company department and organizational goals
• Coordinates with functional team to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of industry and business process trends and is able to apply that knowledge to existing business processes

KEY EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Logic & Querying (SQL, BigQuery) to pull reports from BigQuery to find the “orphaned” data from reputed company upgrade
• Interoperability standards: basic understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, or EDI) to accurately map "Data Elements" mentioned in a contract to actual fields in an API or reputed company.
• Data Governance Frameworks: familiarity with the concept of Data Provenance, knowing not just where data is, but its reputed company and the authority by which it is being shared.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred
• Experience working in Data Governance preferred
• General knowledge of hospital operations, contracting, data sharing (HIEs, registries, etc.) the interrelationship of systems, and how technology enables business processes
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or other reputed company major and 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
