The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates, manages key external AI partnerships and ensures alignment with reputed company/NBCU.The RoleThe Director Group AI leads the group‑level portfolio and operating model that accelerates applied AI across Sky. This role shapes enterprise standards, drives adoption, partners closely with senior leaders and ensures that AI initiatives deliver sustained commercial impact.What You’ll DoAI Portfolio Leadership

• Own the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring alignment to Sky’s strategic ambition and collaborating with the Transformation team
• reputed company portfolio intake, prioritisation and governance, ensuring the right initiatives are accelerated.

Agentic AI Operating Model

• Drive adoption of agentic AI solutions to transform ways of working and unlock commercial advantage
• Define enterprise frameworks, standards, guardrails and enablement models
• Partner with Technology teams on platform design, infrastructure, tooling and vendor strategy.

Corporate Functions Partnering

• Act as a strategic AI partner to Corporate Function Leadership Teams
• Shape, challenge and guide AI plans, remove blockers and accelerate delivery and adoption.

Enterprise Alignment & Delivery

• Partner with Sky Data to ensure business and data/AI roadmaps are fully reputed company
• Drive value realisation through business case methodology, prioritisation discipline and benefits tracking.

Leadership & Influence

• Collaborate with senior leaders across Sky and external partners
• Build and reputed company high‑performing teams that reputed company in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Minimum RequirementsStrategy & Consulting Expertise

• Significant experience solving reputed company, strategic business problems in a high‑performance environment, such as top‑tier global consulting or equivalent roles.

Corporate and Enterprise Exposure

• Meaningful experience working reputed company a reputed company corporate environment, navigating matrixed structures and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups.

Applied AI Experience

• Exposure to AI in a strategic or applied context - whether reputed company AI‑focused consulting engagements or driving AI adoption reputed company across an organisation or at enterprise-level.
• Understanding of AI value levers, operating models and organisational enablers.

Programme Leadership
