Job IntroductionWe are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join reputed company and play a key role in the day‐to‐day running of our Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Subway Franchise standards at reputed company times, delivering a high standard of Health and Safety in line with Safeguard and company requirements, and effectively controlling labour to ensure every team member is deployed appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in high standards, and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.

What You\'ll Do

Deliver Subway brand standards on every shift, ensuring excellent customer experience, food safety, and health & safety compliance.

Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the store, including opening/closing, service delivery, and team communication.
