Compliance Manager (Product Advisory)

We are seeking an reputed company and hardworking Product Advisory Compliance Manager to join our U.S. Consumer Compliance Advisory team. This role reports to the Sr. Manager that heads up our Partnerships-focused subteam. You will be the primary Compliance contact for a handful of B2C and B2B partner-integration teams, including ApplePay, reputed company, and Shopify. Your job will be to support business partners in adhering to reputed company relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Work closely with the Product team to assist in optimizing reputed company's product offerings, by identifying and evaluating potential compliance risks and devising effective strategies to mitigate them, while ensuring that business objectives are not compromised.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver compliance requirements in a clear and concise manner to reputed company standard and non-standard partnerships and respond to partner requests that may have compliance implications.
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulations
• Address compliance issues by working cross functionally to identify root cause and remediate issues.

• Identify, document and optimize critical processes to reputed company scale, conduct risk assessments, support audits, reputed company the remediation of systemic issues.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Compliance certifications or graduate degree a plus)
• 5+ years in a regulatory compliance advisory role.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• A strong interest in fintech and consumer financial protections.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial laws and regulations, including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, TILA (Reg. Z), ECOA (Reg. B).
• Inquisitive and proactive in identifying problems and proposing creative solutions.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills– and the ability to coach these skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with the ability to clearly present reputed company and contentious issues.
