The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill an AVP Compliance Officer role in the Des Plaines, IL area. The position is responsible for ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units. This is a “hands on” position , working with reputed company functional areas reputed company the bank. The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $120K and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position). AVP Compliance Officer responsibilities include:
